I have read very good health benefits about Green Tea, I have a lot of Green Tea leaves at home that I need to consume, and I have a tea pot that I want to use more often. Why is it, then, that this doesn’t happen very often?

I thought it was a plumbing issue, but P insists that replacing the flush valve will solve it. Wow, the thought of having to fix anything about toilet makes me so nervous… and so grown up.

This was a scene from my morning commute. Great start of a Friday.

P showed me his mad skills for skipping stones at the reservoir. Since I can’t throw anything well (except for a hissy fit), I was sincerely impressed.

Had a late night drinking time with a friend of ours who lives alone in some amazing condo. He lives just about 3 minutes walk from us. The place is already amazing but he is making all sorts of further improvements to make it even more incredible. Clearly he has money (it is hard-earned money with great intentions).

There is an arboretum about 30 minutes drive from where we live. We visited this beautiful place for the first time about two weeks ago. I have lived in this area for about 20 years, and have known about it for so long, but for some reason, never got a chance to visit.

It’s hard not to get sucked into the world of “animal welfare” when you have a fearful pet (or maybe any pets). Seeing K-dog terrified so frequently has made me extremely sensitive to slightest signs of dogs’ (and animals’) distress. A well balanced dog gets stressed in a shelter or in any sort of unfriendly environments. Our dog is the kind that jumps with the slightest noise and trembles at the sight of store doors opening. He would not survive.

So, I have been in this new team for a few months now. The team belongs to the finance department of the company. My previous team was in the Development organization of the company, filled with software developers, project managers, testers, and documentation writers.

I got home a lot earlier than normal work days. The extra time I have before the sunset is normally used to walk the pup in a nicer park than where we go otherwise.
